Thanks to the support of our CBA Members, we have been able to support a number of charitable organizations recently. We are pleased to share a few of these good deeds that our members have made possible:
Nov 7, 2019 - We invited all of our CBA members to sponsor the bowling teams taking part in our 2019 Fall Bash & AGM bowling event by making a donation to the Calgary Drug Treatment Court. The initiative raised $500 in donations for the organization which provides a pre-sentence justice alternative for drug addicted offenders that integrates justice, health services and treatment to restore the lives of addicts and empower them to be productive members of the community.
Nov 6, 2019 - Thank you to everyone for supporting our 2019 Charity Golf Tournament -- together we raised $10,640 in support of the Calgary Child Advocacy Centre.
Dec 4, 2019 - The CBA was proud to support the Legal Archives Society of Alberta with a $10,000 donation for their Oral History Project.
